ZDS staff in China to oversee quality control, packaging, and shipments.

Coordination in all aspects of the importing process, including ocean shipping and U.S. Customs clearances. ZDS is the importer of record and responsible for U.S.A Custom Duties.

ZDS warehouses many of our products in our 40,000 square foot Phoenix warehouse. This provides our private label customers with the ability to "fill in" with local inventory in between factory shipments.

ZDS provides in-house graphic art and design services. We provide assistance with logo design, templated catalogues and marketing material to support our customers' private label programs.

In order to help our customers establish branding and customer acceptance, ZDS has developed a number of trademarked brand names and currently has a number of sports celebrities under contract. All ZDS brand names and celebrity endorsements are fully assignable. They can be assigned from ZDS to our private label customers.

We find generally that customers who become direct importers of a private label program may actually increase sales of many of their domestically sourced brands. This is done by simultaneously increasing the sales of their own imported product. Our customers increase overall market share and bring in new customers. A private label program becomes a vehicle to introduce new products and services to new customers, which increases overall sales.

By importing proprietary products, customers develop a following for those items available exclusively from the importer. This leads to consumer brand loyalty, and sales driven through builder and architectural specifications.

A ZDS sourced private label program generally results in savings between 20% to 50% when compared to customers current costs. We have delivered items on a factory direct basis with as much as an 80% savings for the identical product.

Product Profiles

Builder’s Hardware

ZDS is able to coordinate direct factory shipments on a number of hardware items including door and general hardware, cabinet hardware, and bathroom accessories. Many hardware items can be imported with less than container quantities. We currently work with a number of manufactures through out China in this product category.

Stone Bath Tubs

ZDS proudly distributes Baddebos Stone Bath Tubs. Plumbing wholesalers with multiple showrooms can easily meet the 20 bath tub per container order requirement. Our customers benefit from substantial cost savings when compared to the traditional suppliers of this product category.

Wrought Iron Doors

ZDS proudly imports wrought iron entry doors from one of the premier manufactures of rod iron manufactures in China. We can place full container shipments with North American distributors.

Champion Tile

ZDS proudly distributes Champion Tile Products. Champion Tile is a publicly trade company on the Taiwan Stock exchange with over $250 million in annual sales. Champion is a world class manufacturer of Porcelain Tile. Container order requirements are easily met as Porcelain tile is imported generally in quantities of only 6000 to 9000 sq/ft per container.

Z Stone

ZDS imports its own private label quartz product from the Philippines. Our quartz slabs are made to the highest quality standards. We are able to place containers orders directly with our U.S.A. customers. ZDS also imports natural granite slabs from foremost quarry and stone processor in Brazil. We are able to place containers directly from Brazil to U.S.A and Canadian customers.
